Las Palmas Mexican Cuisine in Desert Hot Springs

The quality of Food and Portions is great. Chips and salsa were REALLY GOOD!!! Would have given 5 stars but food should arrive at the table at the same time. 2 plates 10min after the rest. I still recommend this place.

Great Food and excellent service.Our portions were large and the beef Fajitas and enchiladas tasted amazing. For desert churros were served hot and taste great too.

Good Mexican buffet on Sunday only $14.95 including choice of beverages. Chips and Salsas a nice side snack. Quite a variety of home cooked everything you can imagine, nice live Mexican music by one man Mariachi band. Not fancy but comfortable. The staff very friendly and attentive. Oh Chihuahua!!

Truly the best CALDO DE RES IN THE VALLEY with all the fixins. The beans tasted old an the rice had a strange taste to it. Also the shrimp cocktail came warm instead of cold. Wont be comming back again.

I picked up a to go order (veggie burrito). The burrito was very good and I would definitely order again. The staff was friendly and the dinning room looked clean and inviting.

Friendly service, solid (and cheap) margaritas, bangin enchiladas and the best tamales!!! Generous portions-- you'll leave satisfied. Definitely worth a stop!

This is the original location of Las Palmas. They have another location in Yucca Valley. I like both locations. They have good food and great service. We stopped in this location to compare it to the YV location and it is essentially the same thing. Food is consistent between the two locations. It was nice and cool inside considering how hot it was outside. They'v got a great selection of food, and it was all fresh and delicious. Our waitress was extremely friendly and kept our drinks full without having to ask for refills. Their prices are good for what you get. Thanks to the staff for a nice experience in Desert Hot Springs. We will be back when we are in your area.

First time I tried carnitas plate from Las Palmas, tried from Delicias (they don't have), from South of the Border (just plain pork cooked on the skillet), from Casa Blanca (plain pork cooked on the skillet with some red coloring), from Zapopan (pretty decent) BUT Las Palmas know how to do Carnitas the right way! Loved it! And the Shred beef Quesadilla was demolished by my 5 year old (and he's a picky eater). Definitely best Mexican Food in town, thank you guys! I'll be back ALWAYS.

My family and I love coming here for Taco Tuesday.. Food is great and the servers are very nice...

We used to order here every Tuesday for Taco Tuesdays and Loved it! over the last few months they have started to not give the discount until 3 pm so we don't go there for lunch anymore..... So Sad

Service is great!!! Friendly staff. Warm tasty breakfast Sunday buffet. But, if I could make a suggestion...Raw Oysters didn't have much flavor, but it's not like the restaurant was at fault. More of a supplier issue, but then again a dozen for 10 dollars should of said it all.Salsa for the chips had chunky veggies which If were cut in smaller portions would have made it more enjoyable.But as I had mentioned, the hot food is really tasty!Go check this restaurant out. Good hearty meals!
